RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns:

 

We offer returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

 

You will have to make a return request through the website giving the valid order number & phone number.

 

On receipt of the item, our quality team will inspect the product and notify you if you qualify for the return and on qualification, the purchase amount excluding the Cash Handling Charges ( COD ) will be refunded via Gpay / Phone Pe / Bank Transfer as deemed fit by the company.

Exchanges:

 

We offer an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchange is applicable for Size or product defect

 

You will have to make an exchange request through the website giving the valid order number & phone number.

 

On receipt of the item, our quality team will inspect the product and notify you if you qualify for the exchange and on qualification, the exchange item will be couriered to you.

Note:

 

  • For all returns & exchanges, the product should be unused and to be sent back with the original tag and accessories if any.
  • All courier expenses will be handled by the company
